By professionally dismantling old solar modules, transporting them efficiently and recycling them in a way that conserves resources, we are closing the circle of a sustainable energy industry.

Vision

By 2030, we want to be the most trusted partner for the end of life of solar modules. Wherever solar parks need to be dismantled, modules replaced and resources conserved.

Our goal is not size, but impact: through a circular economy, operational excellence and genuine ecological added value.

Our Story

PVMRC was founded to address the growing need for structured, efficient, and sustainable PV module disposal across Europe.
From day one, we focused on creating practical solutions for the field. We combine technical disassembly, logistics coordination, and transparent recycling workflows.

With a deep understanding of the operational realities in large-scale solar parks, we established:

  • Mobile teams for on-site dismantling of modules, supporting structures, inverters, cabling, and frames
  • A logistics system built for Europe-wide deployment and traceability
  • A scalable concept for material stream generation to supply certified recycling channels

In January 2026, we will be commissioning our own recycling plant for PV modules in Gründau, the first of its kind in Germany. This will enable us to cover the entire cycle in future: from dismantling to raw material recovery.
