2. Hosting and technical data
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI processes the technical data required to host, secure and operate the site under the agreements applicable to the PVMRC account. This may include IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information, and security logs. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Forms and files
When you submit a contact, project, valuation or application form, we process the information and optional files you provide in order to assess and answer the request. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; job applications are additionally processed under section 26 BDSG. Resend, Inc. is used as a contracted email delivery provider. Please do not submit special-category data under Art. 9 GDPR.
4. Retention
We keep enquiries only as long as required for handling and applicable statutory retention duties. Unsuccessful applications are generally deleted no later than six months after the process ends, unless a longer period is permitted. Project and contractual records may be retained for the relevant commercial and tax periods.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data is available only to responsible PVMRC staff and contracted providers for hosting, security and email delivery. Where processing outside the EEA takes place, the safeguards applicable under the relevant agreements are used. We do not disclose form data for advertising.
6. Local storage and external links
The site stores only the privacy choice in browser local storage and a short-lived session value to prevent duplicate submissions. No analytics or marketing service is currently active. LinkedIn, Google Maps, BSW Solar and Marketplace are contacted only after you follow the relevant external link.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent with future effect and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Contact info@pvmrc.de.
